Lords and Villeins Direct Play:
First of all I’m literally addicted to this game. I’ve spent all this time on my first village. My gripe is there are too many acorns and I’d like a side hustle for some of my poorer professions like leather working. My advice is build an inn soon and the clergy next. I didn’t have a ministry for several years… bodies littered the streets. Oh and maybe give your leader a kid to start… my villeins constantly have kids but my royals have never. I’m plotting how to lay out my next village but this first one has come so far I feel I need to cram every last square of space with people before I leave. Before the update that brought carpenters, I would have screamed my support for this game. It was an amazing experience. The villagers are cute and it was easy to set goals and grow your village. I loved the idea of building up the clergy and army. I was looking forward to that and to combat (revolts and people coming in to attack as a nice challenge). There was a steep learning curve but, once you got the controls figured out, it was wonderful.
